Yes, if the substitute was locked on the approved five-person roster. The captain must declare the change before room credentials are revealed.
What happens if a team misses check-in?
The slot may be offered to the next eligible waitlisted team after the one-hour grace process.
Who can view submitted evidence?
The submitting captain, assigned referees, authorized organizer staff, and trust administrators when required for a case.
Are provisional standings final?
No. Scores may change during evidence review or an open dispute. Finalized rows are explicitly marked.
