Competition responsibilities
Organizers publish eligibility, rules, prizes, and local requirements. Participants follow those rules and authorized referee instructions.

SignalGrid provides infrastructure for independently operated events and does not imply publisher endorsement. Maintenance, networks, organizer systems, and events outside reasonable control can affect service.
